Roles

What we fill

Key positions across the entire value chain, up to C-level.

Sales, Public Affairs & Operations

A strategic interface between technology, politics and the market.

These positions are not decided by product features but by access. We look for people who build networks and navigate complex stakeholder structures in the defence sector.

Head of Public Affairs (m/f/d)Business Development Manager (m/f/d)Sales Director (m/f/d)Pre-Sales / Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer (m/f/d)Security Officer / Geheimschutzbeauftragter (m/f/d)Account Executive (m/f/d)

The difficulty

The difficulty lies in identifying candidates with established contacts in ministries, public authorities and defence companies, combined with a deep understanding of procurement processes. Such profiles are rare, highly networked and almost never actively looking.

What these roles run on

Success is built on long-term political and industrial networks, careful handling of sensitive information, and strategic thinking rather than short-term deal logic. Above all, on the ability to build trust over long cycles.

Engineering & Deep Tech

Technology determines survivability in defence structures.

These positions go beyond standard software development. They cover security-critical system architecture, complex data processing and the use of artificial intelligence under real operational conditions.

Machine Learning Engineers (m/f/d)Backend-focused software engineers (m/f/d)Embedded & Systems Engineers (m/f/d)Computer Vision and Sensor Fusion (m/f/d)Technical Compliance Officer (m/f/d)Simulation Engineers (m/f/d)

The difficulty

You do not recruit tech talent in defence through job adverts. The relevant profiles are often deliberately not publicly visible, neither on LinkedIn nor on standard job boards. Job titles and current employers frequently give no reliable clue.

What these roles run on

These roles run on people who want to work on problems that matter and see their work that way - and who therefore work with the utmost care, security always in mind. Add to that a tolerance for ambiguity and the urge to build things themselves.

Production & Manufacturing

Technology only becomes operational through precise manufacturing.

We look for specialists who turn complex systems into reliable, scalable production under security and export requirements.

Head of Production / Manufacturing (m/f/d)CNC Machining Technician (m/f/d)Quality Manager (m/f/d)Supply Chain & Operations Manager (m/f/d)Production Planner (m/f/d)

The difficulty

Not every production background transfers to the defence sector. What is needed is experience in regulated industries, the ability to build stable processes, a deep understanding of quality assurance, a numbers-driven way of working and supply chain expertise.

What these roles run on

Series ramp-up and production scaling, quality assurance, supply chain management, process optimisation and production planning, all under security and export requirements.

Program, Bid & Project Management

The roles that decide whether tenders and programmes succeed or fail.

We identify people who steer programmes, win tenders and deliver projects under demanding conditions.

Senior Program Manager (m/f/d)Project Manager with a technical background (m/f/d)Bid and Proposal Manager (m/f/d)Rollout / Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)Consultants from defence, aerospace or the public sector (m/f/d)

The difficulty

Methodology alone is not enough here. What is required is experience in complex and often politically shaped project structures, together with a deep understanding of procurement processes.

What these roles run on

These positions combine strategy, structure and delivery: coordinating interdisciplinary teams, steering tender processes, and safeguarding time, budget and quality in regulated environments.
